The 14 by 6.5-inch Ludwig Raw Brass Phonic is made up of a 1mm-thick, bare and untreated sheet of brass, fitted with 2.3mm triple flanged tension hoops and ten lugs. The no-fuss construction of this snare shapes masses of projection and a wide tonal range, while the ten tension rods and lugs offer detailed overtone control and tuning stability. This 14-inch by 6.5-inch snare comes with a set of Ludwig Weather Master heads installed as standard, giving you a Medium Coated batter head and a Clear Snare Side resonance head included in the deal.
