Dexibell VIVO Home H10 BKP Black Polished Digital Piano

As the maker’s flagship model, the Dexibell Vivo H10 digital piano is the result of years of intensive research and innovation. Next to a unique Italian design, the digital piano offers plenty of functions and options, but most of all: realism. Packed with Dexibell-developed True 2 Life technology, the Vivo H10 is able to emulate grand pianos in minute detail and, since it’s been outfitted with a quad-core processor, there’s enough computing power to achieve infinite polyphony and make sure you’ll never miss a note or sound again. The samples can be easily customised using one of the 14 built-in reverbs or the many DSP effects, while the keyboard can be split into two instruments to combine the sounds with the split and layer mode.

The Sounds of the Dexibell Vivo H10
When it comes to sounds, the Vivo H10 is all set with a total of 125 sounds, three of which come from Dexibell’s PLATINUM library, like the Italian Grand Piano and the US Grand Piano. If that’s not enough for you, you can easily give your H10 a sizeable upgrade by downloading a free sound library via the Dexibell website and loading the samples in the 3.2GB internal memory via a regular USB stick (not included). This way, your Vivo H10 is always up-to-date with the latest sounds.

Sound System
Without a solid sound system, however, all of those sounds are fairly useless. As such, Dexibell have built in a powerful sound system made up of a total of eight speakers, six of which are used for the ‘near field’ function to provide you with extremely detailed sound for a realistic and immersive playing experience. To enhance this even further, the Vivo H10 offers authentic resonance and ‘side noises’, meaning you’ll hear precisely the resonance you’d expect when pressing down the pedal of a genuine acoustic upright.

Connectors and More
As briefly mentioned earlier, the Vivo H10 is fitted with a ‘to-host’ USB port that can be used to insert a USB stick loaded with an external sample library or to connect a mobile device so you can playback music and play along to your favourite tunes. What’s more, the latter can also be done wirelessly via Bluetooth, and there’s another ‘to-device’ USB port for MIDI data exchange with a computer or other external device, although this too can be done via Bluetooth. Last but not least, you’ll find a microphone jack input and a stereo jack headphone output on the Vivo H10.

Keyboard and Pedals
Of course, the two most important aspects of any piano remain the keyboard and the pedals, since these are what you’ll actually be using to make music. For the Vivo Home H10, Dexibell have selected an 88-key hammer action keyboard with hybrid keys made of wood and plastic and, to guarantee realistic response, the keys are fitted with triple sensors as well as escapement, while the pedals include a sustain, sostenuto and a soft-continuous pedal.
