Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.

Orders are despatched within 5 working days after payment confirmation. Typically, UK and EU orders take between 24-72 hours after dispatch. For US orders ground service is used and can take up to 7-10 working days depending on the delivery address. Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond our control. These interruptions include, but are not limited to, delays caused by the transportation system, shipping carrier or processing of cardholders credit/debit card. Delivery delays due to service interruptions or inclement weather conditions are not our responsibility or the carrier.

All items are in stock unless “Out of stock” is indicated. On receipt of your order, if any items are unavailable, we will inform you by email and we will offer you a refund or alternative availability date where possible.

Our “no questions asked” cancellation policy allows you to cancel your order with us:
1.Before the Products are delivered to you; or
2.Within 7 working days of receiving the Products.

You will receive an email acknowledgment containing the order reference number and details of your purchase. Your
order will be only dispatched upon receipt of payment.

Upon order confirmation, your invoice will be sent via email and can be paid through direct bank transfer, credit/debit card via WISE, or PayPal.

To use a promotional code, please follow these steps:

2.Proceed to checkout.
3.Enter your Promotion Code at the box indicating “Promotion Code”. Simply type or copy and paste (recommended) the
