RCF’s SUB 8003-AS II is a powerful active 18-inch DSP bass reflex subwoofer that produces 1100 Watts of RMS power through its 18-inch woofer. With a high SPL and a low frequency response of 35 Hz to 120 Hz, it’s perfect for giving DJs and bands plenty of low end. Thanks to the DSP processor, the SUB 8003-AS II can be adjusted to your requirements. The input sensitivity can be changed to +99 dB gain, for instance, or you can make use of the 8 built-in crossover presets. By pressing the Link/X-over button, the XLR outputs become X-over outputs.

Extra deep bass without distortion
This subwoofer has a bass reflex design which ensures that its sound is free of distortion despite its high SPL. The woofer has a special thickness too for more accurate sound reproduction. The digital amplifier is surrounded by robust aluminium that keeps it safe during transport and prevents it from becoming too warm when it’s working hard as well. The subwoofer itself has a housing made of Baltic birch plywood and a steel grille. The SUB 8003-AS II measures 69.4 x 52.3 x 70 cm and weighs 43.5 kg.
