The innovative Powercab 212 Plus from Line 6 may as well have been developed purely for those already deeply in love with modelling amps. This active stereo 2x 12″ speaker cabinet packs twelve highly realistic emulations of both renowned and adored speakers that can be used individually or combined to produce utterly unique concoctions. If you simply wish to get a pure representation of your modelling presets without any colour, there’s a Flat Response Mode which essentially turns the 212 Plus into a monitor. Also, any stereo modulation effects are fully accommodated by the stereo output of this cab, alongside the generous offering of impulse response support, MIDI support and a socket to connect an audio interface.
