Gibson Original Designer 70s Explorer LH Classic White Left-Handed Electric Guitar with Case

Original price was: €2,000.Current price is: €1,490.

The Gibson Original Designer ’70s Explorer LH is a slick-looking electric solid-body based on the 1976-released evolution of the original Explorer from 1958. Naturally, the neck and body of this time-travelling Gibson guitar are made of mahogany coated in matching high-gloss nitrocellulose lacquer. Along with the Slim Taper neck profile, this gives you the full and trusty feel of a genuine seventies-style guitar, coupled with a rosewood fretboard with a classic 12″ radius and medium jumbo frets for effortless riff-slinging. This is the left-handed version.

The 70s Explorer LH: That ’70s Tone
Both futuristic and historic, this Gibson sounds brilliant. Acoustically, you get a warm foundation sound that, when amplified by your favourite amp, is voiced by two double-coil Tribute humbuckers to capture that typical ’70s sound. Using the 3-way switch, double volume pots and the tone control, you can effortlessly toggle through an entire decade of tone and, since the bridge and tailpiece are made of lightweight aluminium, these work with the Grover Rotomatic tuners and Graph Tech string nut to ensure maximum tuning stability. As if all of that wasn’t enough, Gibson also thoughtfully include a handy hard case.
