Outfitted with a DTX-Pro drum module loaded with over 400 sounds, the Yamaha DTX8K-X electronic drum kit sets you up with the sounds of the some of the best drum kits recorded in some of the best recording studios in the world. The Kit Modifier controls make it incredibly easy to tweak the sound to match your playing style, while the TCS pads come made out of specially-developed rubber to offer low-volume sound and real drum head-style rebound.

The DTX-Pro Module
Thanks to the DTX-Pro module, accompanying and recording yourself has never been easier. Via the USB port, you can directly hook up a smartphone, laptop or tablet for audio playback. Next to audio, the ‘to host’ USB port is able to send and receive MIDI data, which means the module can be used to control drum software or to load in your own samples.
