All of the cherished features have been carefully retained, from the uncompromising offset shape to the genre-defining tone, so this is every bit a Fender Jazzmaster, just even better than ever. The left-handed Fender Jazzmaster American Professional II still has a Modern Deep C profile neck, but here, the backside has been given a fresh coat of Super-Natural satin-gloss for the most easy-going, smooth and fast playing feel of all time. The fretboard edges have been thoughtfully rounded off to further enhance playing comfort, and comes supported by the deeply rounded top corner of the heel and new asymmetrical neck-plate – all in the name of easing fret access. This newest of new pro-standard guitars comes complete with its very own deluxe hard case.

The American Pro II Jazzmaster LH: Vintage Fire and Modern Flexibility
This left-handed offset has been loaded with a pair of V-Mod II single-coils complete with the large and familiar block covers. The alnico core of each pickup shapes that bright and clear classic tone with some added fire at the bridge, and since this really is the American Pro II edition, it comes with an exclusive push-push tone pot, that when toggled, propels the sound of the bridge pickup back through time to capture a pure, vintage feel. The iconic rhythm circuit also has an added setting, so you can shift the slide switch to place both single-coils in series for a fourth, humbucker-style tone where the wheels serve as volume and tone controls, opening this instrument up to way more than it’s nonchalant Alt-Rock, Grunge and Shoegaze reputation would have you believe.
