The Casio Celviano AP-710 is a fully-fledged digital piano offering outstanding sounds made possible by the AiR Grand Sound Source engine as featured in the Celviano Grand Hybrid Series pianos. To develop the system, Casio teamed up with Bechstein – a renowned brand in the world of grand and acoustic pianos. The result is the AP-710 loaded with 26 sounds, including three legendary grand pianos to accommodate a broad palette of styles. It’s equipped with a Tri-Sensor Hammer Action Keyboard that plays and feels exactly like a grand model, as well as three pedals to complete the instrument.

The Sound Reproduction and Effects of the Casio AP 710
The sound of the AP-710 can be fine-tuned to taste using the various built-in effects and parameters. These include acoustic piano simulations, open or closed lid mode, key press or release effects, string and damper resonance and room acoustic settings like the Hall simulator to recreate the acoustics of a concert hall whenever sound is reproduced. Any changes can be immediately heard via the two-way speaker system consisting of six speakers, but you can also plug two pairs of headphones into this digital Casio piano.

Connection Options & Other Features
On the back of the AP-710, you can find various connection options for external equipment. The line inputs can be used to play back music through the piano in order to play along with your favourite tracks, or can be used to hook up a more powerful amp, mixer or recording device. In addition to line, you’re getting MIDI I/O and USB connectivity to transfer MIDI files and record WAV audio files to your computer while the piano also features its own integrated, 2-track MIDI recorder.
