The Adam S2V active studio monitor is a must-have in any state-of-the-art recording studio. Of all the monitors in the brand’s S series, this S2V is the smallest with a 7-inch woofer. This has a direct impact on the audio characteristics, which ranges from the bottom end of 35 Hz to an impressive 50 kHz, thanks to an excellent ribbon tweeter which was designed and manufactured by hand in Germany. The main advantage of this ribbon is that it ensures the high tones are kept tight and direct.

Features of the Adam S2V
The broad frequency response of this monitor makes it suitable for just about any musical genre, whether it’s EDM or classical. But there’s another thing that really earns the S2V its professional status. You can select an analogue XLR or digital AES3 input as the audio source, and on the rear, there’s a display with a rotate/push button for making all kinds of adjustments, such as equalizing. Using the USB port, you can download software upgrades directly to the monitor.
