The RCF HDL-18AS active subwoofer is a beautiful example of an incredibly powerful subwoofer with perfect bass reproduction. The HDL-18AS has also been designed to work with the HDL 20-A line array module, so you can create different configurations.

Characteristics of the HDL-18AS active subwoofer
The HDL-18AS is equipped with a large 18-inch woofer with a 4-inch voice coil, so you won’t be running into issues with overloading any time soon. Furthermore, this subwoofer produces a maximum sound pressure of 135 dB thanks to the 1,000W RMS built-in amp module, and it goes as deep as 30 Hz to offer the richest bass tones possible.

Construction of the HDL-18AS subwoofer
The subwoofer’s cabinet is made from sturdy Baltic birch and has been finished with scratch-resistant lacquer for protection. You’ll find rigging hardware on the sides and back so you can easily fly the subwoofer. Ground stacking is also an option, so you have a wide variety of different setup options.
